PUBG Mobile India was expected to release during Diwali after releasing its teaser of a grand relaunch and gave the players a hope that the game is coming back in India soon. However, about a month after that, few rumours have suggested that PUBG Mobile India could be available for players by the New Year 2021. But the Government of India still hasn’t shown any signs of permitting the relaunch of PUBG Mobile India.
On the other hand, FAU-G got its release date of 26th January 2021 (Republic Day of India). Thus, to keep the hype of PUBG Mobile among Indian users, PUBG Corporation has to take some immediate actions, and they are planning to do it around next week. PUBG Corporation is planning to launch another teaser of PUBG Mobile India in next week.

Teaser Launch Date
According to the reports of InsideSports, PUBG Mobile India is likely to release its new teaser in between 15th to 19th January 2021. The post has stated that “This teaser will contain a few of the biggest Content Creators of India.”
In recent days, PUBG Corporation has strengthened its staff team in India. PUBG Mobile India Corporation Team Aneesh Aravind has appointed as the country manager for the PUBG Mobile India. He has over 15 years of experience in the industry, having worked for multiple companies, including Tencent. Other recruited people include Akash Jumde as a Visual Content Designer, Piyush Agarwal as the Finance Manager, Arpita Priyadarshini as the Senior Community Manager and Karan Pathak as Senior Esports Manager.
Has Government permitted relaunch of PUBG Mobile India?
According to the recent reports, the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and the Central Government is yet to permit the relaunch PUBG Mobile India. RTI (Right to Information) application was filed on MeitY to know about the status of PUBG Mobile India launch, but the reports were quite shocking. An RTI query filed by GemWire has revealed “No formal dialogue between the concerned parties regarding the future of PUBG Mobile India for now.”
